Electronic Intifada –

Committed to comprehensive public education on the question of Palestine

Ha’aretz –

An independent daily Israeli newspaper with a more liberal outlook than most other Israeli media. Publishes in Hebrew and English. Look out in particular for anything written by their correspondents Gideon Levy and Amira Hass. Much of their content is alas behind a paywall but the headlines and opening sentences are usually informative.

Imemc International Middle East Media Centre –

Founded by the Palestinian Centre for Rapprochement between People in 2003. It has Palestinian, Israeli and international journalists.

Israeli Occupation Archive –

News items and commentary

Jerusalem Media and Communication Centre –

Established in 1988 by Palestinian journalists and researchers. Based in Ramallah. Carries results of opinion polls.

Ma’an News Agency –

A Palestinian on-line news agency that publishes up-to-the-minute news in Arabic (only).

Palestine Chronicle –

Independent online newspaper re-launched on 15 November 2012.

Palestine Monitor –

Created in 2000 by the Palestinian Non-Governmental Network (PNGO) and the Health, Development, Information and Policy Institute (HDIP).

Palestinian Information Centre –

An independent Palestinian organisation formed in 1997. News and features in a number of languages including English.

PressTV –

Iran’s English language television news channel.

Wafa Palestinian News Agency –

News agency, publishes in English, Hebrew and Arabic.


Labournet –

A news service for the labour movement, includes updates on Palestine


Mondoweiss –

Regular feature articles on Palestine and the USA.
